Pedometer update – I am still hitting 12 to 15,000 steps a day (about 5 miles), but still not losing any weight. In fact, I am putting it on!
Although I am walking more than usual, I am also eating a lot more than usual and not at regular times. -Fast food is party to blame but I hold the Deli on High Street in Barry responsible. It is just fantastic and I thoroughly recommend it.
I also look as though I have been on an exotic holiday. The sun has been shining every day and I have managed to gain a tan.
On the point of great exercise, if anyone wants to join us campaigning, please let us know at the Barry office – 01446 733516 or just e-mail me. Of course, you don’t have to eat as much as I seem to be but I would suggest some sun protection. |
