WELSH Conservatives expressed anger and frustration today over the fact the Learner Travel Measure will not address safety needs and will discriminate against welsh language and faith schools.
Alun Cairns AM, who chaired the Learner Travel Measure Committee, said it was extremely disappointing that the Minister was not prepared to test the Assembly’s powers over such important issues.

the Beijing Olympics, Welsh disabled athletes have again led Team GB in
securing Gold on the cycle track. Last month, Welsh Olympians were given a
heroes welcome in Cardiff
and Nicole Cook was given similar treatment in her home village, Wick.
