Local MP Alun Cairns has praised two Barry schools for leading the way and winning the prestigious ICT Mark.
The ICT Mark is an optional accreditation that is only awarded to schools that have reached a high standard of maturity in the use of technology.
In their most recent assessments, both Cadoxton Primary and Bryn Hafren Comprehensive School were highly rated. NAACE, a national association that aims to promote and advance education through the use of ICT, contacted Alun about the success of two schools in his constituency, and he couldn’t wait to add his personal congratulations
Alun Cairns said:
“The ICT Mark is a fantastic award and it is testament to the excellent ICT management at the two schools. I wanted to personally congratulate the Headteachers and staff for their hard work and commitment to supporting this initiative and the continued development of their schools.”
