MP Welcomes Welsh MYP to her New Role

Vale pupil, Lleucu Wiliam, from Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Morgannwg has been elected to represent the Vale of Glamorgan in the newly-established Welsh Youth Parliament. Lleucu was one of the youngest in her area and beat 20 other candidates to become the only pupil from the Vale of Glamorgan to take up a post at the Welsh Youth Parliament.

Alun: "Local Traders need Welsh Govt to Pass on Rates Cut"

With Small Business Saturday taking place on 1st December, Vale MP Alun Cairns is calling on Welsh Government to offer real support to small businesses by passing on the money they have received from the UK Government to cut business rates by a third.

100 Wreaths: Thank You to Vale Businesses

Following my initiative to hold a 100 Wreath Commemoration at Barry Memorial Hall, where 100 local children laid 100 wreaths to mark 100 years since the end of the First World War, I pay tribute to the Vale business community that made it possible.
