Great to host a meeting with local farmers and police officers on the issue of tackling rural crime.

A particular favourite was discussing the merits of a three-day weekend for school-age children!

Great to join the children for a very lively 'Make a Law’ session at St Brides Major CW Primary School last Friday.

Before the Christmas break, I joined around 30 A-level politics students at Cowbridge Comprehensive School for a Q&A session.

I answered questions on a number of topics, but particularly enjoyed giving advice and talking to students about getting involved in politics.

It may not be December anymore, but it was great to join this year’s run with Llantwit Major Milers.

There was no better way to spread Christmas cheer on Christmas Eve. Well done to all involved!

I wanted to provide an update to residents of St Athan. I have gained confirmation from the MoD that there are no plans for an immigration centre in the area as some local rumours suggest.

I spent a fantastic morning at Whitmore High School, which included a Q&A with the A-level Economics class and a tour of the impressive £30 million new build.

Earlier this week, I attended the NFU Christmas reception.

It was great to catch-up with Abi Reader there, a farmer from Wenvoe and Deputy President of NFU Cymru.

Last Friday, I was delighted to welcome Vale residents to Parliament for my final coach trip of 2022!

Despite the freezing temperatures, a great time was had by all touring Parliament and asking some great questions in our Q&A!
