The introduction of a blanket 20mph policy has been disastrous.
Over 430,000 people have now signed the petition calling on the Welsh Government to ‘rescind and remove the disastrous 20mph law’, including over 15,000 residents from the Vale of Glamorgan. I am one of them.
Any 20mph limit should be targeted, such as outside schools, and done in consultation with local residents and road users. That has not been the case here.
